The Rhode Island Rebellion makes its home in Providence. The sports team is a part of the Rugby League and plays its games at Classical High School. The team is a member of the USA Rugby League. When the team is not busy practicing or playing, they devote a considerable amount of time to community-based projects designed to help give back to the area and its charitable organizations.

Kids are used to being told to keep their hands off of things. Luckily for them, the opposite is the case when the whole family visits the Providence Children's Museum. A hands-on approach is highly encouraged as the kids are able to create their own artwork using the provided paints and other modes of expression. The exhibits and attractions are hands-on and are highly informative and entertaining, presenting such subjects as a time traveling adventure through Rhode Island's multicultural history, and a wet and wild exploration of the ways of water. Kids love to play on fun playground rides. But in doing that, they can also learn about the importance of being a good neighbor when you take them to the Peace and Plenty Community Park. This long-awaited community playground attraction has been in the making for some time, and now that it has been unveiled, it symbolizes the importance of working together. Neighbors, community families and the City of Providence Parks Department have all collaborated to create this fun place on the site that was once an old apartment building. Since that structure was demolished, this beacon of unity stands in its place for friends and families to enjoy.
